Cancellations
This guide explains how to cancel your Whisperr subscription. The steps depend on where you originally purchased your subscription:
- iOS — managed by Apple through the App Store
- Android — managed by Google through Google Play
- Web — managed directly in your Whisperr account billing settings
Always cancel through the same platform where you bought your subscription. An App Store subscription can't be canceled from the Web app, and vice versa.
Canceling stops future renewals but doesn't refund a charge you've already paid. To get money back, see Refunds.
iOS (App Store)
Subscriptions purchased on iPhone or iPad are billed by Apple, so cancellations go through the App Store.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Whisperr.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You'll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Android (Google Play)
Subscriptions purchased on an Android device are billed by Google, so cancellations go through Google Play.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Tap Whisperr.
- Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.
You'll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Web
If you subscribed directly through the Whisperr Web app, you can cancel yourself from your account billing settings.
- Open the Whisperr Web app and go to Billing.
- Find your active subscription.
- Click Cancel plan.
You can keep using Whisperr until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription won't renew.
