Refunds & Cancellations

This guide explains how to cancel your Whisperr subscription or request a refund. The steps depend on where you originally purchased your subscription:

  • iOS — managed by Apple through the App Store
  • Android — managed by Google through Google Play
  • Web — managed directly in your Whisperr account billing settings
Where did you subscribe?

Always cancel or request a refund through the same platform where you bought your subscription. An App Store subscription can't be canceled from the Web app, and vice versa.

iOS (App Store)

Subscriptions purchased on iPhone or iPad are billed by Apple, so cancellations and refunds go through the App Store.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Whisperr.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

You'll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Request a refund

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Find your Whisperr charge under Purchase History.
  3. Choose Request a refund, select a reason, and submit.

Apple reviews each request and decides whether to issue the refund. Decisions usually arrive within 24–48 hours. Once approved, the refund typically takes up to 30 days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.

Android (Google Play)

Subscriptions purchased on an Android device are billed by Google, so cancellations and refunds go through Google Play.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Whisperr.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

You'll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Request a refund

Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google:

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory and sign in.
  2. Find your Whisperr charge.
  3. Select Request a refund or Report a problem and follow the prompts.

Google reviews each request and decides whether to issue the refund. For purchases made within the last 48 hours, refunds are often approved automatically. Once approved, the refund typically takes up to 4 business days to appear on your account, though some payment methods can take longer.

Web

If you subscribed directly through the Whisperr Web app, you can manage cancellations and refunds yourself from your account billing settings.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Open the Whisperr Web app and go to Billing.
  2. Find your active subscription.
  3. Click Cancel plan.

You can keep using Whisperr until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription won't renew.

Request a refund

  1. Open the Whisperr Web app and go to Billing.
  2. Open Invoice History.
  3. Find the charge you want refunded.
  4. Click Refund Transaction.
