Meeting Bot

Send a Whisperr bot to join your online meeting and get real-time transcription and translation directly on your iOS device. The bot joins as a participant, listens to the conversation, and streams the translated text to your phone.

How It Works​

  1. Paste a meeting link (Zoom, Teams, or Meet) into the Whisperr app
  2. The Whisperr bot joins the meeting as a participant and begins listening
  3. Transcription and translation appear in real time on your iOS device

Getting Started​

iOS​

  1. Open the Whisperr app
  2. Select your source and target languages
  3. Tap the Record icon, then tap Meeting Bot
  4. Paste the meeting link (Zoom, Teams, or Meet)
  5. Tap Start — the bot joins the meeting and transcription appears on your device
Admit the bot

The meeting host may need to admit the Whisperr bot from the waiting room before it can start listening.

Common Issues​

Bot not joining the meeting​

  1. Check the meeting link — make sure you pasted the full, valid meeting link
  2. Admit the bot — the host may need to let the Whisperr bot in from the waiting room
  3. Check your internet connection — the bot requires a stable connection to join and stream

No transcription appearing after bot joins​

  1. Make sure someone is speaking — the bot only transcribes when it detects speech
  2. Check your languages — verify you've selected the correct source and target languages
  3. Restart the session — stop and start the meeting bot again
