Enterprise licensing questions

Is there a minimum number of seats?
No. Enterprise starts at a single seat. Even a team of one gets the enterprise extras: consolidated invoicing, a support SLA, and the ability to add seats as the team grows.
Can one person use Whisperr on two devices at the same time?
A seat covers one person on all of their devices, such as a laptop and a phone, with one active translation session at a time. If someone needs two devices translating simultaneously, for example a presenter running captions on a second screen, that requires a second seat.
How does billing work for teams?
Seats are $29/user/month billed monthly, or $10/user/month billed annually ($120/user/year, 66% off). You can pay by card, or request a single annual invoice payable by bank transfer. Either way, your company gets one consolidated invoice instead of individual receipts.
Can we add or remove seats later?
Yes. You can add seats at any time and the charge is prorated for the rest of your billing period. Seats can be reassigned when people join or leave the team, and you can reduce the seat count at your next renewal.
Do our team members need paid Zoom or Microsoft Teams plans?
No. Whisperr runs alongside your meeting app, so it works on any plan, including free Zoom and Teams accounts. Microsoft gates translated captions behind the Teams Premium add-on; Whisperr does not require it.
How do you train our team to use Whisperr?
Every enterprise plan includes a written setup guide and a subtitled demo video your team can follow in their own language. If your group wants hands-on help, contact support and we will work out a rollout that fits.
What languages does Whisperr support?
Whisperr translates speech in over 100 languages in both directions, with subtitles and translated voice at ~0.2s latency. The app interface itself is available in 54 languages.
