Live Translation for Corporate Training

Train a multilingual workforce without running the same session per language. Whisperr broadcasts your trainer as live translated captions to each employee’s own device — in the room, remote, or on a recording.

How to translate a training session live

Works for the training room, the video call, and the recording library.

  1. 1

In the room: broadcast the trainer

Run Whisperr on a laptop that hears the trainer, turn on Broadcast Mode, and post the room link or QR code on the screen. Employees follow on their own phones.

  2. 2

    Remote: capture the call

For a Zoom or Teams training, run Whisperr on whatever device you take the call on — iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, or the web — and read the session live in your language.

  3. 3

    Questions: two-way mode

When a trainee wants to ask something, two-way mode translates the question and the answer live — both directions, on screen or spoken aloud.

Built for L&D teams

Train once, reach everyone

Onboarding, upskilling, and all-hands sessions for teams that don’t share a first language.

Every employee, their own language

Each person picks their language from the same broadcast — one session covers the whole roster.

Real-time

Captions arrive in about 0.2 seconds, so exercises and demos stay in sync for everyone.

In-room, remote, or hybrid

Microphone capture for the training room, tab capture for the video call — remote staff open the same link.

Recorded sessions too

Play back a recorded training and capture its audio — new hires follow the library in their own language.

Questions welcome

Two-way mode lets trainees ask questions in their language and hear the answer in it — comprehension you can check on the spot.

Nothing for trainees to install

Employees open the room link in any browser. Only the trainer needs an account.

Stop training in the lowest common language

Run your next session in every language your team speaks — free to try.

Top-Notch Speech Recognition and Flashcard-Style Translations for Fast Study

“Whisperr's speech recognition and translation quality are both top-notch, and better than similar tools I've tried so far. As a Japanese learner, I especially like how Whisperr displays each sentence and its translation almost like flashcards, with a text-to-speech button for each one. Whisperr has removed a huge barrier to interacting with foreign-language speakers in real time, and to consuming video content that doesn't already have a translation.”

Awesome

“This is very useful, extremely user-friendly, easy to use, and the recognition capability is very precise, with very fast speed. It should be the most accurate and fastest translation I've used so far.”

Worth hundreds of thousands of yen

“The same performance as other conversation translation apps. Those charge by the minute, but this one is apparently a one-time purchase, so the value for money is outstanding. Compared with about five similar apps, this one is the best on both performance and price. I wonder whether it was made by a Japanese developer??”

Corporate training translation FAQ

How do I translate a training session in real time?+
Run Whisperr on a laptop that hears the trainer — the room microphone or a feed from your AV setup — and turn on Broadcast Mode. Employees open the room link or scan a QR code on their own phones, pick their language, and read the session live in 100+ languages at once.
Do trainees need to install anything?+
No. Trainees open the room link in any mobile or desktop browser and pick their language — nothing to install and no accounts to provision. Only the trainer’s machine runs Whisperr.
Can one session run in several languages at once?+
Yes. Every trainee picks their own language from the same broadcast, so one onboarding session can run in Spanish, Vietnamese, Portuguese, and more simultaneously — adding a language costs nothing extra.
Does it work for remote or hybrid training?+
Yes. Remote staff open the same room link from home, or run Whisperr on the device they take the training call on — iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, or the web — to translate it directly.
What about our recorded training library?+
Play a recording and capture its audio the same way as a live session — Whisperr translates as it plays, so existing materials work for every new hire without re-recording.
How do trainees ask questions?+
Two-way mode translates live conversation in both directions — a trainee asks in their language, the trainer hears or reads it in theirs, and the answer comes back translated. For safety-critical material, that makes it easy to confirm understanding rather than assume it.
How accurate is it for technical vocabulary?+
Whisperr handles everyday and business language well, and shows the original transcript alongside the translation so anything ambiguous can be checked against what was actually said. For compliance-critical wording, keep your bilingual reviewer in the loop.
How much does training translation cost?+
You can start for free. Unlimited real-time use is available on a low flat annual plan, with no per-minute metering and no per-language caps, so the cost does not grow with headcount or language count.
