Hindi ends sentences with the verb and grades respect across three levels of "you" (tū/tum/āp), while everyday speech freely mixes in English (Hinglish). Whisperr’s speech recognition covers the Hindi spoken across northern India.
Urdu is largely mutually intelligible with spoken Hindi; the sharp divide is the writing system and formal vocabulary. Recognition likewise covers the Urdu of Pakistan and northern India.
