System audio capture
Translate what’s coming out of your Mac — a browser tab, a desktop meeting app, a video player — without holding a microphone up to the speaker.
Meeting Bot
Paste a Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet link and the Whisperr Translation Bot dials in as a participant. Requires a subscription.
Two-way conversation
Set the direction button to ⇄ and Whisperr listens for both languages at once. The desktop app starts one-way, so it’s one click to switch.
Speech Mode
Hear translations read aloud through your speakers or headphones at 0.5× to 2× speed. Echo cancellation is automatic when you use the microphone.
Broadcast Mode
Turn on Broadcast, press record and share the live link. Viewers follow in any browser and pick their own language.
Full screen translations
Blow the text up and hide the controls when the laptop sits between two people or a small group is reading along.

On an Intel Mac or a locked-down work Mac
The Mac download is an Apple Silicon build. On an Intel Mac — or a work machine where you can’t install apps — open the Whisperr web app instead. It works best in Chrome or Edge and captures a browser tab or your microphone, with nothing to install.
Either way it’s one account: sign in with the same Whisperr account on your Mac, iPhone, Android phone and the web app, and one subscription covers them all.
